Toguruga At Kona Surf Film Festival 2018

As early as January 2018, Toguruga, a movie by Malaria House, has travelled half around the world for a film screening at the 14th Annual Kona Surf Film Festival 2018. Kona Surf Film Festival was founded by Chad Campbell and it’s an event that celebrate independent short and feature films from established and emerging surf filmmakers around the world.

The event was held on 27 January 2018 at King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. And it’s an annual event that draws hundreds of people in Hawaii for a spectacular surf flicks night under the stars.

Malaria House were so stoked with the opportunity. Toguruga film screening at Kona Surf Film Festival allowed Malaria House to promote Indonesia, not only as a surfing destination, but also a destination of a diverse culture.
